We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of King Series products. All products marked ‘custom’ include a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty reflects our commitment to you and the trust we place in our products. All badging and tags affixed to the part(s) must remain intact in order to file a warranty claim. Please call us directly at 605-550-9002 to help handle your warranty claim.
Shipping Information
50% down payment is required with the remaining invoice paid in full before shipping.
Freight fees are not included. Cabs are shipped in a custom-built crate. Pickup is also available. These are oversized items that require non-standard delivery services. Shipping rates are subject to review. Freight costs are additional. Your kit will be shipped via a common carrier. After your kit is shipped, we will contact you with a tracking number and the carrier’s name. The shipping company will contact you with a date and time for delivery. At this time you can ask for additional services, such as lift gate service or inside delivery. These services are not covered by your prepaid freight charge. In other words, they will cost extra and you will have to pay for them. Somebody needs to be present when your kit arrives. You should have another person present to help you and the driver unload the kit from the truck. You must inspect the kit for damage before you sign for it. You are signing that you received the kit in good condition. So, it’s very important to open the crate/box up, take your time to look at it and if it’s in good condition, sign for it. If the kit is damaged, don’t sign for it. Refuse the shipment and call us at (605) 550-9002.
Return and Restocking Policy
Once orders are shipped, they can no longer be canceled or returned. Canceled orders are subject to a fee equivalent to 10% of the product purchase price. Orders can be canceled up to 14 days after purchase date, as long as not yet shipped. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding our return or cancellation policies.
